Ingredients Directions
  1. In a food processor, process the chick peas, yogurt, tahini, and garlic until smooth. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and herbs; season to taste with lemon juice, salt and white pepper.
  2. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours in order for flavors to blend.
  3. Serve with dippers, such as raw veggies, Pita chips or Pita bread cut into wedges.
