15 oz  canned cannellini beans
1 tbsp  olive oil
1 tbsp  horseradish
2 tbsp  fresh chives
0 1/2 tsp  ground basil leaves
0 1/2 tsp  oregano leaves
2 pinch  hot pepper sauce
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In a food processor, process the beans, olive oil and horseradish until smooth. Mix in chives, herbs, and red pepper sauce.
  2. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt, and white pepper.
  3. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours for flavors to blend.
