10 oz  frozen chopped spinach
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped celery
1 each  large garlic cloves
2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
1 tsp  dried dill weed
0 1/2 oz  pine nuts
4 oz  cream cheese
1 pinch  salt and pepper
  1. In food processor, blend spinach, onion, celery, garlic, lemon juice, and dill weed until smooth.
  2. Add pine nuts and pulse until coarsely chopped. Stir in cream cheese; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  3. Refrigerate several hours for flavors to blend.
