2 each  large tomato
0 1/4 cup  fresh chopped onion
2 oz  dried poblano peppers
1 each  medium garlic cloves
0 1/4 cup  fresh cilantro
1 pinch  salt
  1. Using a food processor or blender, process tomatoes, onion, chili, and garlic until finely chopped.
  2. Mix in cilantro and season to taste with salt.
  3. Serve with tortilla chips (not included in nutritional data).
