3 tbsp  onion flakes
8 oz  fat free cream cheese
0.3333 cup  lowfat plain yogurt
0.3333 cup  fat free mayonnaise
2 each  fresh green onions
2 each  medium garlic cloves
1 each  low sodium bouillon cube
2 tbsp  fat free milk
0 1/2 tsp  fresh lemon juice
2 pinch  hot pepper sauce
1 pinch  white pepper
1 pinch  salt
  1. In a small skillet over medium-low heat, cook onion flakes until toasted (3 to 4 minutes), stirring frequently; remove from heat.
  2. Mix cream cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, and bouillon in medium bowl until smooth (adding enough milk to thin the mixture to the desired dipping consistency). Stir in onions.
  3. Season to taste with lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, salt, and white pepper. Serve with dippers (not included in nutritional data).
