2 cup  Cracker Crumbs, graham, plain
8 oz  Cookies, ginger snap
0 1/2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/2 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/2 tsp  ground ginger
0 1/2 cup  Apples, dried
0 1/2 each  dried apricots
0 1/2 cup  chopped dates
0 1/2 cup  golden raisins
0 1/2 cup  orange juice
2 oz  honey
3 tbsp  sugar
Directions
  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except sugar. Stir until mixture holds together.
  2. Roll into 36 balls, each about 1 inch in diameter. Measure 1 tablespoon sugar into large plastic bag; add 1 dozen nuggets and shake until coated. Repeat with remaining sugar and nuggets.
  3. Store in covered container at room temperature.
