1 1/2 cup  Soybeans, mature, roasted, unsalted
1 each  cooking spray
0 3/4 tsp  dried rosemary
0 3/4 tsp  fresh thyme
0 1/2 cup  Cereal, crispy wheats
4 oz  Pretzels, tiny twists, classic style
1 cup  dried cranberries
1 pinch  garlic powder
1 pinch  salt
  1. In a large skillet, place soy beans. Spray generously with cooking spray, sprinkle with herbs, and toss.
  2. Cook over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, stir in remaining ingredients, except garlic powder, and cook until ingredients are toasted (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally. Season to taste with garlic powder and salt.
  3. Cool and store in covered container at room temperature.
