2 each  eggs
15 oz  Pumpkin, canned, unsalted
0 1/2 cup  SPLENDA┬« No Calorie Sweetener, granulated
1 tsp  pumpkin pie spice
0 1/4 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  salt
12 floz  Milk, evaporated, nonfat/skim
1 each  frozen 9" pie crust
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin, sugar substitute, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, salt, and evaporated milk.
  3. Pour mixture into the pie crust . Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Reduce the oven temperature to 350 degrees F and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean ,about 40 minutes.
