0 1/4 cup  low sodium chicken broth
1 lb  baby carrots
1 tbsp  butter
1 tbsp  brown sweetener
0 1/2 tsp  ground allspice
0 1/4 tsp  ground nutmeg
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. In large skillet, bring broth to simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add carrots, cover and simmer until just tender, about 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in butter, brown sweetener, allspice, nutmeg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 2 to 3 minutes more.
