6 each  chicken drumsticks, raw
1 1/2 tsp  poultry seasoning
0 3/4 tsp  seasoned salt
0 1/2 tsp  onion powder
0 1/2 cup  low fat unsalted chicken broth

Horeseradish Cream
0 1/2 cup  reduced fat sour cream
2 tbsp  fat free half and half
2 tbsp  horseradish
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Sprinkle the chicken evenly with the poultry seasoning, seasoning salt, and onion powder.
  2. Coat a large skillet with fat-free cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Add the chicken. Cook, turning often, until browned on all sides, about 10 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Pour the chicken broth into the skillet and heat until boiling. Reduce the heat to medium-low, cover, and simmer until an instant-read thermometer registers 170 degrees F in the thickest part of a drumstick (when testing, be careful not to touch the bone), 25 to 35 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, half-and-half, 2 tablespoons of the horseradish, salt, and pepper and mix. Taste and add more horseradish if desired. Serve with the drumsticks.
