1 1/2 tsp  Chinese 5-spice powder
1 tsp  paprika
1 tsp  curry powder
0 1/2 tsp  ground red pepper (cayenne)
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
0 1/4 tsp  chili powder
0 1/4 tsp  ground turmeric
14 1/2 oz  Tomatoes, stewed, Mexican recipe, canned
24 oz  boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Coat a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish with fat-free cooking spray.
  2. Mix together in a small bowl, the five-spice powder, paprika, curry powder, ground red pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and ground turmeric.
  3. Rub both sides of the chicken breasts with the spice mixture.
  4. Put the chicken in the prepared pan and pour the tomatoes evenly over the top.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Turn the chicken over and bake until chicken registers 160 degrees F on an instant-read thermometer and the juices run clear, about 30 minutes more.
