Ingredients Directions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet and add mushrooms.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes. Add lemon juice and broth cooking for 5 minutes longer.
  3. Add radicchio, endive, Parmesan cheese, chives, salt, and pepper to mushroom mixture.
  4. Remove skillet from heat and let stand until room temperature.
