2 lb  large raw shrimp
1 cup  extra virgin olive oil
0 1/4 cup  chopped parsley
1 each  fresh lemon juice, per fruit
2 tbsp  hot pepper sauce
2 tsp  minced garlic
1 tbsp  tomato paste
2 tsp  thyme, leaves, dried
1 pinch  salt and pepper
Directions
  1. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, hot pepper sauce, tomato paste, garlic, and thyme, setting aside a small amount for basting.
  2. Pour marinade mixture into re-sealable plastic bag, add shrimp, and let sit in refrigerator for up to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat grill on medium heat.
  4. Take marinated shrimp out of refrigerator and thread onto skewers.
  5. Place shrimp on lightly-oiled grill and cook 5 minutes while basting with extra marinade. Flip shrimp and cook another 5 minutes.
  6. Serve.
