  1. Heat oil in a large nonstick pan over medium high heat. Cook 1/2 of the chicken until no longer pink throughout, about 4 minutes; turn once. Remove from pan and place on a plate. Repeat with other half of chicken.
  2. Place all of the chicken into the pan and lower heat to medium. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella.
  3. Cover and cook until mozzarella is melted and sauce is heated, about 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, Parmesan, and basil; serve immediately.
