3 tbsp  fresh lemons
2 tsp  sugar
1 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt and pepper
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
4 cup  fennel seed
1 cup  red onion
8 cup  arugula
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, parmesan, fresh, grated
  1. Whisk together lemon juice, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss fennel with onion and arugula. Drizzle dressing over-top and top with cheese.
