0.3333 cup  walnut halves
2 each  large garlic cloves
4 oz  arugula
1 cup  Cheese, parmesan, fresh, shredded
0 3/4 cup  extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
0 1/2 tsp  salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and toast walnuts for 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Chop walnuts and garlic in a food processor or blender. Blend in arugula, cheese, oil, lemon juice, and salt until smooth.
