2 oz  fresh spinach leaves
0 1/4 cup  grated Parmesan cheese
1 oz  pine nuts
1 tbsp  extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp  white wine vinegar
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tsp  hot red pepper flakes
0 1/4 tsp  salt
