Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Unroll dough onto a cooking spray coated baking sheet and flatten into a rectangle. Bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour oil in a frying pan and heat over medium - high heat. Saute peppers, basil, oregano, and garlic for 5 minutes.
  4. Take pan off of heat and mix in artichokes and mushrooms.
  5. Top pizza crust with half the cheese.
  6. Spoon vegetable mixture over cheese and top with the rest of the cheese. Season with pepper.
  7. Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly.
