4 each  boneless pork chops
1 tsp  salt substitute seasoning
0 1/2 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
1 tsp  ground sage
1 tbsp  paprika
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
  1. Combine seasonings, mix well. Coat chops with seasoning mixture.
  2. Grill directly over medium high heat 7 to 8 minutes per side, turning once.
