1 lb  fresh asparagus
1 each  cooking spray
2 tbsp  Preserves, apricot
1 tbsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/4 tsp  minced garlic
0.125 tsp  salt
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Arrange asparagus on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk together preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and salt and spoon over asparagus being sure to fully coat. Roast asparagus for 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
