0.3333 cup  sugar
3 tbsp  cold water
3 tbsp  fresh lime juice
1 tsp  salt
1 tsp  dry mustard
2 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 tbsp  poppy seeds
6 cup  fresh watercress, chopped
4 cup  Apricots, fresh, sliced
3 cup  Cherries, fresh
  1. Using a blender or food processor, puree sugar, water, lime juice, salt, and mustard. Blend in oil and poppy seeds.
  2. Toss watercress with apricots and cherries. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss or serve on the side.
