1 1/4 cup  white all purpose flour
1 cup  quick cooking rolled oats
0 3/4 cup  Bran, wheat
0 1/2 cup  packed brown sugar
1 tsp  low sodium baking powder
1 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 3/4 tsp  baking soda
0 1/4 tsp  salt and pepper
0 1/2 each  seedless raisins
1 cup  unsweetened applesauce
0 1/2 cup  fat free milk
1 tbsp  vegetable oil
1 tbsp  light corn syrup
1 each  Eggs, large, raw
1 each  cooking spray
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix flour with oats, bran, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt; add raisins.
  3. Whisk together applesauce, milk, oil, corn syrup, and egg. Stir applesauce mixture into flour mixture until a batter is formed.
  4. Spoon batter into a 12 -cup muffin tin coated with cooking spray. Bake for 18 minutes or until muffins are set. Let muffins cool on a wire rack.
