1 1/2 cup  sour cream
0 1/4 cup  Horseradish, cream
0 1/4 tsp  kosher salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
0 1/4 cup  fresh chives
  1. Mix all of the ingredients, except for the chives, in a small bowl until well blended.
  2. Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
  3. Stir in chives before using.
