4 each  boneless pork chops
1 tbsp  paprika
1 tsp  seasoned salt
1 tsp  ground sage
0 1/2 tsp  ground cayenne (red pepper)
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 tsp  garlic powder
2 tsp  butter
  1. Trim fat from chops if needed; pat dry. Combine seasonings; coat both sides of chops with seasoning mixture.
  2. Heat butter over high heat just until it starts to brown. Place chops in pan, reduce heat to medium. Fry on both sides until dark brown, a total of 6-8 minutes.
