4 each  whole chicken breast, raw
0.3333 cup  light mayonnaise
1 tsp  curry powder
0 1/2 tsp  horseradish
0 1/2 tsp  low sodium soy sauce
0 1/2 tsp  dijon mustard
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Place chicken, skin side down, in a sprayed 13 x 9 inch baking dish.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, horseradish, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard.
  4. Brush chicken with mayonnaise mixture, turn and brush with remaining sauce. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
