1 each  Cauliflower, green, fresh, head, medium, 5" to 6"
1 each  medium red bell peppers
1 each  medium garlic cloves
1 tbsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Mix together all of the ingredients in a large bowl and toss to coat evenly. Place vegetables, single layer, into a 15 x 10 inch jelly roll pan and place in oven.
  3. Roast until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
