15 oz  Beets, pickled
3 each  medium apples
4 cup  red cabbage, shredded
0.3333 cup  fresh lemon juice
2 tsp  sugar
1 pinch  salt
  1. Strain beets and slice into thin strips. Peel skin from apples and core. Slice apples into 1/4-inch thick pieces about 2 or 3 inches long.
  2. Combine beets, apples, cabbage, lemon juice, sugar, and salt.
