2 each  medium apples
2 tbsp  fresh lemon juice
1 1/4 lb  fresh red cabbage, chopped
1 1/4 lb  napa cabbage
1 tbsp  sugar
2 tbsp  cold water
2 tbsp  cider vinegar
2 tbsp  Vinegar, red wine
1 tsp  olive oil
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/2 tsp  celery seeds
0 1/2 tsp  ground coriander
0 1/2 tsp  black pepper
0 1/2 cup  Cheese, blue, crumbles
  1. In large bowl, mix apples, lemon juice, and cabbage.
  2. In small bowl, whisk sugar, water, vinegars, oil, salt, celery seeds, coriander, and pepper.
  3. Drizzle dressing over apple mixture and toss. Top with cheese.
