0.3333 cup  brown sugar substitute, granulated
0.3333 tbsp  cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp  vegetable oil
0 1/4 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
2 1/2 cup  chopped apples
12 oz  coleslaw salad mix
2 oz  dried tart cherries
3 tbsp  sunflower seeds
  1. Whisk together brown sugar substitute, vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toss apples, slaw, cherries, and sunflower seeds.
  3. Drizzle vinaigrette over slaw mixture and chill up to 3 hours.
