16 oz  fresh mint
8 cup  Juice, apple
0 1/2 cup  fresh lime juice
  1. Secure mint in a double layer of cheesecloth. Add cheesecloth bag and apple juice to a pot and let boil. Take pot off of heat and let cool.
  2. Pour mixture into a pitcher. Refrigerate, covered until chilled. Take out cheesecloth bag and mix in lime juice.
  3. When ready to serve, pour apple mixture over ice.
