3 cup  old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup  Cereal, Toasted Oat Bran
0.3333 cup  oat bran
0.3333 cup  chopped walnuts
2 tsp  ground cinnamon
0 1/4 tsp  cardamom, ground
2 tbsp  butter
0.3333 cup  unsweetened applesauce
0 1/4 each  honey
2 tbsp  brown sugar
1 each  cooking spray
1 cup  Apples, dried
  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Stir together oats, cereal, bran, walnuts, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  3. Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Stir in the applesauce, honey, and brown sugar and let boil. Cook 1 minute, stirring often.
  4. Combine applesauce mixture with oat mixture and spoon onto prepared baking sheet in an even layer. Bake for 1 1/2 hours, mixing every 30 minutes. Let cool and then mix in chopped apple.
