0 1/4 cup  cider vinegar
1 tbsp  brown sugar
2 tsp  poppy seeds
0 1/2 tsp  salt
0 1/4 tsp  black pepper
1 each  large apples
1 each  large pears
12 oz  coleslaw salad mix
  1. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, brown sugar, poppy seeds, salt, and pepper.
  2. Combine apple with pear and coleslaw. Drizzle vinaigrette over apple mixture and toss. Chill up to 2 hours.
