Ingredients Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Chop anchovies into small pieces; reserve. In a bowl, mix oil with garlic. Using a fork, smash oil and garlic to make a paste.
  3. Form pastry sheet into a rectangle and coat with garlic oil paste. Slice pastry into 120, 1-inch square portions. Arrange a piece of anchovy and some thyme on each square and put on a cooking sheet.
  4. Bake about 25 minutes or until the pastry has puffed and is golden.
