0 1/2 lb  extra lean top round steak
2 cup  fresh mushroom slices
1 cup  snow peas
1 cup  baby carrots
6 each  scallions
1 each  medium red bell peppers
0 1/4 cup  seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbsp  pickled ginger
1 tbsp  sesame oil
  1. In large bowl, toss roast beef, mushrooms, peas, carrots, scallions, and bell peppers. Transfer to serving platter.
  2. In small bowl, whisk vinegar, ginger, and sesame oil. Drizzle over salad. Serve.
