Ingredients Directions
  1. Arrange one slice of ham and half a cheese slice on top of each turkey cutlet. Roll cutlets into jelly rolls and secure with toothpicks.
  2. Pour breadcrumbs on a plate. Coat each cutlet with mayonnaise and then roll in breadcrumbs, pressing down to adhere.
  3. Heat a cooking spray coated frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook turkey rolls 5 minutes, until golden on all sides. Mix in the wine, broth, and butter and let boil. Place lid on pan and summer 5 minutes or until the sauce is thick.
