8 oz  fresh pineapple
8 oz  fresh mango
2 each  Kiwi, fresh
0.3333 cup  fresh cilantro
2 tsp  fresh jalapeno chili peppers
1/4 cup  fresh chopped red onion
2 tbsp  fresh lime juice
  1. Core, and peel pineapple and mango. Cut into small pieces
  2. Peel kiwi and cut into small pieces.
  3. Remove seeds and membrane from jalapeƱo pepper and mince.
  4. Chop cilantro.
  5. In medium glass or ceramic bowl, mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
