6 each  chicken drumsticks, raw
1/4 cup  Mustard, dijon
1/2 tsp  ground sage leaves
1/2 tsp  thyme, leaves, ground
1/4 tsp  garlic powder
1 pinch  Salt, table, iodized
1 pinch  black pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat 9" x 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange chicken legs in prepared baking dish.
  3. Lightly brush Dijon mustard on all side of chicken legs. Season each leg with salt and pepper.
  4. In small bowl, blend sage, thyme, and garlic powder.
  5. Sprinkle all sides of drumsticks with herbs.
  6. Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes. Turn drumsticks over.
  7. Bake another 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
