Ingredients Directions
  1. Chop artichokes and dice olives.
  2. Drain tomatoes and set aside.
  3. in mixing bowl, combine artichokes, onion, olives, cheese, Italian seasoning, oil, and capers. Lightly toss.
  4. Add tomatoes and red pepper flakes. Lightly toss.
  5. Garnish with parsley.
