Directions
1 Heat a cooking spray coated pot over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, onion, and garlic 5 minutes or until soft.
2 Whisk together broth and flour and pour into pot and bring to a boil. Continue boiling, stirring continually, 1 minute or until thick. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Additional Information
This is great served over burgers, potato pancakes, grilled eggplant, or warm polenta.
