1 Preheat broiler or toaster oven. 2 Pat anchovies with a paper towel to dry, chop coarsely. 3 In a small bowl mix together everything except the bread. 4 Place bread on a baking tray and lightly toast in oven on both sides. 5 Serve bread immediately with mixture spooned on top.
