1 Toast the nuts by spreading them in single layer in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 min. or until lightly toasted, stirring occasionally.
2 Place all the ingredients in a large bowl and toss with the dressing.

Make Ahead Note: Toss together apples, celery and dressing. Cover. Refrigerate. Toss with spinach and pecans just before serving.
