1 Mix together the meat, black pepper, bread crumbs, and 1/4 cup tomato sauce in a large mixing bowl. Form this mixture into 6 separate patties. 2 Place patties in a skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray and brown on each side for 3 minutes. 3 Sprinkle on the onion and green pepper, and continue cooking for 4 to 5 minutes. 4 Mix together the mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and remaining 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce. Pour this mixture over the meat patties. 5 Lower the heat, cover, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
