1 In large, resealable plastic bag, combine soy sauce, wine, lemon juice, oil, Italian seasoning, ginger, garlic, onion powder, and ground black pepper. 2 Place chicken in bag. Seal. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or overnight. 3 Preheat grill to medium-high. 4 Thread chicken onto skewers, and set aside. 5 Pour marinade into a small saucepan, and bring to a boil over high heat. Boil for 3 minutes. 6 Lightly oil grill grate. Cook chicken on prepared grill for approximately 8 minutes per side or until juices run clear. Baste with sauce several times during cooking.

If using wood skewers, soak in water for 20 minutes before using.
