1 To prepare, scrub the potatoes and remove any blemishes. Cut each potato into 12 small wedges and place in a plastic bag. 2 Add the pepper, salt and onion powder and shake the bag to coat the potatoes. 3 Lightly coat the grill with the cooking spray and preheat for 5 minutes. 4 Place the potatoes in a single layer in the grill and cook for about 7-9 minutes, or until tender. Repeat the process with any remaining wedges.
