1 Cut avocados in half. Discard pits. Spoon meat into small bowl. 2 Chop cooked shrimp into 1/4" pieces. 3 In medium saucepan, over medium heat, combine avocado, chicken broth, whole milk, lemon juice, and chopped onion. Bring slowly to boil, stirring frequently. 4 Reduce heat to low, add chopped shrimp, salt, and pepper. Cook 1 minute (do not boil). Remove from heat. 5 Adjust seasonings to taste and serve hot or cold.
