Servings
Ingredients
0.5 cup old fashioned rolled oats
0.25 cup sliced almonds
2 tbsp wheat germ , toasted
1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp light honey
0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
1.5 cup fresh strawberries
24 oz plain yogurt, whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp butter , melted

Directions
1 Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Using nonstick cooking spray, lightly spray 8X8X2-inch baking pan and set aside.
2 In a small bowl combine oats, almonds and wheat germ, and in another small bowl combine orange juice, honey, melted butter, and cinnamon, then take juice mixture and pour over oat mixture and mix two together well.
3 In a prepared pan spread mixture evenly and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until mixture is toasted, stirring twice while baking. Remove the mixture from oven and transfer to a sheet of foil so mixture can cool completely.
4 Take 3 strawberries and cut in half for garnish and slice the remaining strawberries. In a medium bowl combine the yogurt and vanilla, then take six dessert dishes or martini glasses and layer the sliced strawberries, yogurt mixture and granola inside, garnishing with strawberry halves.
