Directions
1 Squeeze 2 tablespoons lime juice from 1 lime, then cut remaining lime into 6 wedges for garnish, set aside.
2 In a blender, puree the lime juice, yogurt, onions, ginger, paprika, cumin, coriander, salt, cayenne pepper, and cloves until smooth.
3 Place chicken in a large, zip top plastic bag and add marinade, seal bag and coat chicken well, refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
5 Place chicken and half the marinade in a 14 x 10 inch roasting pan, throw out remaining marinade.
6 Roast chicken until cooked throughout and juices from thickest part run clear when pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes.
7 Serve with lime wedges.
