Ingredients
2 cup Yogurt, plain, nonfat , beaten
0.25 cup Flour, graham
0.5 tsp chili powder
0.5 tsp ground turmeric
2 Chile Peppers, green, whole , chopped
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1 dried ancho chile peppers
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 pinch curry, leaves, fresh, INTL (3 or 4 leaves)
3 medium garlic cloves , crushed
1 piece ginger root, fresh, 2" knob , peeled and crushed
2 tbsp fresh cilantro
1 pinch salt


Directions
1 Mix together yogurt, flour, chili powder, turmeric. and salt and strain into pan.
2 Add the green chiles and cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3 Heat oil in frying pan and fry the remaining spices with the garlic and ginger until the dried chili turns black.
4 Stir in 1 tablespoon of cilantro.
5 Add the spices to soup, cover and rest for 5 minutes. Reheat.
6 Serve hot, garnish with remaining cilantro.
Additional Information
If you prefer, you can add some sugar to taste.
