1 Mix together yogurt, flour, chili powder, turmeric. and salt and strain into pan. 2 Add the green chiles and cook gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3 Heat oil in frying pan and fry the remaining spices with the garlic and ginger until the dried chili turns black. 4 Stir in 1 tablespoon of cilantro. 5 Add the spices to soup, cover and rest for 5 minutes. Reheat. 6 Serve hot, garnish with remaining cilantro.
Additional Information
If you prefer, you can add some sugar to taste.
