Ingredients
1 cup Yogurt, plain, nonfat
2 tsp chopped scallions (or red onions)
1 tbsp fresh dill weed , minced
1 tsp fresh mint , minced
1 medium garlic cloves , pressed
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1 pinch sugar
1 pinch salt (to taste )


Directions
1 Combine all the ingredients and set aside for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld togther.
Additional Information
Covered and refrigerated, it will keep for about 10 days or for about a week past the expiration date on the yogurt container, whichever comes first.
