1 Mix together yogurt, sour cream, cucumber, garlic, and dill. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover and chill until ready to use.
Additional Information
Substitute 3/4 teaspoons each of dried oregano and mint for dill for a variation. This is great served on a pita or over sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.
